   Started making my omelets this way after getting a book about bento. This is actually easier than trying to fold up 3 eggs that have cooked into a half-inch thick layer. Multiple thin layers are yummier, and you can layer the fillings all through the omelet. Wonder if I can find a square pan in the US. Now if I could just convince the wife that omelets are supposed to be sweet!

   @noelly7 normally in bentos or for breakfest one person gets one slice.

    @leana616 you’d be surpirsed how much oil chefs use for breakfast omeletes. thats what makes them so fluffy.
